2025-2028 TIP

The Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (BRTB), as the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Baltimore region, voted on the 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the associated Air Quality Conformity Determination on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

Analysis of Air Quality Conformity

The conformity results show that implementation of these projects will not worsen the region’s air quality or delay the timely attainment of national air quality standards.
