The Traffic Incident Management for the Baltimore Region (TIMBR) Committee (formerly called the Baltimore Regional Operations Coordination Committee) includes representatives of transportation and other emergency response agencies in the Baltimore region. The focus of TIMBR is enhancing communication, cooperation, and coordination between agencies, jurisdictions, and modes at traffic incidents. Meetings are held bimonthly, or as needed, at various locations throughout the region.
