This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully and finally performed all seven (7) individual projects described as the Stanton Woods Pumping Station Improvements, Hawthorne No. 2 Pumping Station Improvements, Miscellaneous Engineering Services begun on or before October 19, 2015, Renovations to Towson Water Pumping Station, Pikesville Water Pumping Station No. 2 Discharge Main, Falls Fifth Pump Station Sanitary Discharge and Design of Chlorinator Pumping Stations to the satisfaction of the County and as required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
