This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully and finally performed all eight (8) individual projects described as the On-Call Utility Test Hole Service, NS-4 Compliance to County Owned Sites, Warren Road at Bosley Road, Rolling road Construction Phase 1, Chapel Road TMDL Drainage Retrofits, Hilton Avenue Drainage Remediation, Hilton Avenue Sanitary Sewer Relocation, and Hydes Road Culvert Replacement Design.
