This Agreement shall be effective when executed by the County, and shall continue through the Countys Final Acceptance of The Phase I Study. For purposes of this Agreement, Final Acceptance shall be defined as the date upon which the County acknowledges final acceptance of all services and deliverables promised by the Contractor in relation to these services
