Following the expiration of the initial term, the term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive periods equal to one (1) year, provided that either party can give the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the initial term or renewal term, as applicable, to stop this Agreement from automatically renewing.
