The Interagency Consultation Group, a subcommittee of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board, is the group that focuses on coordination of the transportation conformity process. This group works to promote coordination among the transportation and air quality agencies for the region. Interagency coordination is a requirement of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
