The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) is excited to celebrate Bike to Work Week
September 21-27, 2020
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, the Baltimore Metropolitan Council and its partners have decided to postpone Bike to Work 2020 (originally scheduled for May 15th) until the week of September 21, 2020.
Bike to Work Week celebrates bicycling as a healthy commuting option, while promoting public awareness of its safety and environmental benefits. Bike to Work Week helps raise awareness of the rules of the road for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists, and highlights the need to improve bicycle facilities to improve safety.
