This agreement contains one (1) year renewals through 09/04/2030.
Notwithstanding the Original Term, but expressly including the Original Term, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of the date upon which (a) the Engineer has fully performed the Project, Scope of Work, Work Product, and Services as required under the job orders, Completing Schedules, and this Agreement, or (b) the County terminates this Agreement in accordance with Article 9 of the Agreement.
