This Agreement shall be effective March 27, 2023, and shall remain in effect until the later of: (i) expiration of the License Term any product under the Quote; (ii) thirty-six (36) months as of the Effective Date; or (iii) until terminated by either Party as provided in Section 6.2 of the Standard General Terms and Conditions between Baltimore County, Maryland and Cellebrite, Inc.
