This Agreement shall remain in effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully and finally performed the four (4) individual projects described as West Low Level Basin 3 Sewer Replacement, Gwynns Falls Basin 20 Relief Sewer, Academy Heights Relief Sewers, and Gray Manor Sewershed Relief Sewers , to the satisfaction of the County and as required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
