Extended Supplier Contract to remain in full force and effect until 08/31/23 upon which the Architect has fully performed the Project, Scope of Work, Work Product and Services as required under the Completion Schedule of this Agreement or the County terminates this Agreement in accordance with Article 9 of the Agreement. Supplier must maintain the insurance coverages required under the terms and conditions while this contract is in effect, including all renewal terms. All prices, terms and conditions remain the same.
