This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully performed 13 projects as follows: Jones Falls Basins 2&3, Jones Falls Basin 4, Jones Falls Basin 9, Herring Run Structural Repairs, Jones Falls Large Diameter, Herring Fun Structural Phase ll, Gray Manor Structural, Redhouse Run Pipeline, On-Call Can Sewer, Gray Manor Interceptor, Pipeline & Manhole Assmt, Lake Roland Sewer Rehab and Dundalk Sanitary Sewer Rehab Private Property LOPs.to the satisfaction of the County and as required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
