This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully and finally performed all four (4) individual projects described as the Blenhurst Pumping Station Improvements, Rosebank Pumping Station Improvements, Pikesville Water Pumping Stations No. 1 and No. 2 Improvements and Improvements to Sparks Water Pumping Station and Sparks Water Tank to the satisfaction of the County and as required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
