This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the date upon which the Engineer has fully and finally performed two (2) individual projects described as the Catonsville Water Pumping Station Upgrades and the Sunnybrook Water Pumping Station Upgrades to the satisfaction of the County and as required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
