Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based upon race, color or national origin. On January 27, 2015 the BRTB approved Resolution #15-19.
In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and other applicable laws, the BRTB operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin. Furthermore, any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the BRTB. Review the BRTB’s Title VI Program

To file a complaint, please complete and send the form above to titlevi@baltometro.org or Baltimore Metropolitan Council, 1500 Whetstone Way, Suite 300, Baltimore, Maryland 21230, ATTN: Title VI Officer.
If a complaint is filed against the BRTB, the Title VI Officer will review the complaint and forward it to the appropriate state or federal agency for resolution pursuant to the referent agency’s procedures. To file a complaint directly with the state or federal government, please contact one of the agencies below.
