The Baltimore Regional Workforce Development Plan, released March 2015, analyzes our region’s labor market, educational pipeline, barriers to employment and opportunities for career pathways. The project was funded through a Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
