Purpose of Amendment 
This amendment adds, as a new project, the road widening of I-95 from Moravia Road to the Fort McHenry Tunnel. The project will reconfigure (restripe) I-95 to provide four continuous mainline lanes in each direction, as well as provide lane continuity and additional capacity along this segment of I-95. 

This work will project will address existing congestion and to accommodate diverted traffic from I-895 that will result from MDTA’s Canton Viaduct Project.

MD 32, Linden Church Road to I-70

This amendment is to widen MD 32 in both directions from two to four lanes (Phase 2 of MD 32 project).

This work will reduce congestion, as well as improve operations and safety. 

MD 32, MD 108 to Linden Church Rd
