Evaluates the suitability, or Level of Service, for bicycling and walking on a network of 1400+ miles of roadway in the Baltimore region.
Adopted October 23, 2001 by the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board, the recommendations within this report will result in a network of on-road and off-road routes that support bicycling and walking for transportation and recreation purposes.
