1. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 4, 2010 TC MINUTES

2. REPORT OF NOVEMBER 23, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A TIP AMENDMENT FOR THE MARYLAND TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-14, an amendment to include additional funds for bus and light rail shelters along the Howard Street corridor

 4. INITIATION OF FY 2012 UPWP

BMC staff will work with Technical Committee members on project submittals.

 5. PLAN IT 2035

BMC staff will share the schedule for plan related tasks over the next several months.

6.  PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS

BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:

• 2007/2008 Household Travel Survey Commuting Issue Paper
• TAZ/TAD Delineation

7. OTHER BUSINESS

CLOSED SESSION:  Discussion of possible RFPs for circulation.

Weather Alert In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
